Certification can be obtained in a variety of ways eg., through workshops, via Zoom and online via our new and  unique  eLearning Management System which provides 39 modules of easy-to-understand content, including videos and quizzes, providing a complete understanding of the sciences behind DISC, Emotional Intelligence & 12 Driving Forces®. The intention of eLMS is to teach everything that is needed to become familiar with and fully understand these sciences.

You can also become certified  to administer, deliver and provide coaching feedback for our unique range of 'Character' solutions. Each solution provides all the materials required to coach and deliver workshops on the various topics.
